Cancellation Policy
Please review the cancellation terms carefully before booking a service.
1. User Cancellation
• Users may cancel or reschedule a booking within the time limit shown in the app.
• Refunds are allowed only in the following cases:
• If a service is mistakenly added, users may request a refund within 30 minutes of booking.
• If the booking is scheduled, users may cancel and receive a refund at least 1 hour before the scheduled service time.
• No refunds will be provided for:
• Cancellations made after the allowed time.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will be considered completed services.

• We may cancel a booking due to service provider unavailability, weather conditions, or other operational reasons.
• Users will be notified through the app, and an appropriate refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

• Repeated misuse of the cancellation policy or frequent last-minute cancellations may result in account suspension.
